To Celebrate your Life is to Expand your Life

Why celebrate?

If you fulfill an intention, if you achieve something, and then you celebrate what you have accomplished, you are acknowledging to your center and to the universe what you have done. This tends to anchor it as real.

Too often, when we achieve something, we forget, or neglect out of false modesty to celebrate and anchor what we have done. Instead, with no change in pace, we just whimper, “Next!” We are left with the feeling we haven’t got anything done.

Feeling Stuck Is an Inside Job

Everyone feels stuck at some time or other. It’s a part of the human life cycle. Feeling stuck or trapped is a signal that something has to give. And you change and grow throughout life.

Staying stuck or getting unstuck is an inside job. However, before I address how to get unstuck, let’s take a look at the three areas of life where being stuck most often occurs. These are careers, relationships, and old age.

Is it in Our Nature to Struggle…or to Flow?

In these difficult economic times, we are constantly reminded of ‘struggle:’ employment struggles, company survival struggles, family budgeting struggles, health maintenance struggles, and so on. We must overcome some real difficulties, as individuals, as families and as communities. So, the question is—is it in our nature to struggle or to flow?

Looking Younger or Accepting Life Experiences that come with Age?

Every year each one of us grows older. Some try to avoid this by using every product possible for looking younger. But, what about the knowledge and understanding we have gained through life experiences? Is it more important to look younger or accept the wisdom that comes with age?
